2. What we collect.

  • Order details: name, delivery address, email, phone number, items bought, delivery notes

  • Payment details: handled by Stripe; we receive only confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card

  • Contact messages you send us

  • Website usage data collected through cookies (see section 6)

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis.

  • Processing, delivering and supporting your order: performance of a contract

  • Keeping sales and tax records: legal obligation

  • Preventing fraud and keeping the site secure: legitimate interests

  • Understanding how the site is used: consent, via the cookie banner

4. Who we share it with. We share data only with providers who help us run the shop, under contracts that protect it:

  • Squarespace, which hosts our website, store and order records

  • Stripe, which processes card payments (stripe.com/gb/privacy)

We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses apply.

5. How long we keep it. Order and financial records are kept for 6 years to meet tax law. Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years.

6. Cookies. We use essential cookies to make the basket and checkout work. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand site use. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.

7. Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email jason.tate@btinternet.com and we will respond within one month.
